Returns & Refunds

We want your Mistelune jeans—from Tummy Control styles to Wide Leg trousers—to feel right the first time. If something is not quite your fit, here is how returns work.

Return window

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags attached. Swimwear and final-sale promotions (if marked) are excluded unless required by law.

How to start a return

1. Email Support@mistelune.com with your order number, item name (for example, a Charlotte flare or Daisy bootcut), and reason for return.
2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything back.
3. Pack the item securely. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong size/color or a defective pair.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing usually completes within several business days after inspection; your bank may need additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

For a different size or wash, the fastest path is often to return the original item and place a new order from Shop or the relevant category such as Plus Sizes or Short Inseam.
